What it is. SinceTheyScored is a live tracker of how long it has been since Tottenham Hotspur last scored, down to the second.
How it works. The main counter runs in days, hours, minutes and seconds, and can be switched between the Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup and all competitions. Under it sits the last verified goal, with separate counters for home and away.
The damage. A second section, “A lot has happened since”, puts the drought in context with live estimates of everything else that has happened in that time: Domino’s orders in the UK and Ireland, people born worldwide, cups of tea drunk in Britain, kilometres the Earth has travelled around the Sun, human heartbeats and hours of video uploaded to YouTube. Each figure cites its source. Every one goes up, while “Tottenham goals in that time” stays at 0.
Sharing. A “Share their suffering” button makes the current drought easy to post, and there’s a space for brands to sponsor the drought.
